Ether & Earth is a restorative sound bath with Sound of the Soul, held inside Iridescent Apothecary’s sanctuary space in Manchester. The session begins with a guided meditation before moving into an immersive landscape of drums, gongs, singing bowls, and chimes – inviting deep relaxation, inner stillness, and a gentle return to yourself.
The experience is led by Daniel O’Dowd, founder of Sound of the Soul and a certified Vibrational Meditation Practitioner. Through sound-assisted meditation, Daniel creates space for the nervous system to settle and for participants to reconnect with a quieter, more grounded sense of presence.
