Reiki I is an introductory training in the Reiki healing modality. The day moves through the history and principles of Reiki, the meaning of the attunement and what to expect from it, and hands-on practice – both receiving and offering.
By the end of the day, you leave with the ability to practice Reiki on yourself and others. The attunement is permanent; once received, it stays with you.
The tone is structured but warm – this is a day of learning, not just receiving. It works well for someone stepping into energy work for the first time, or for someone who has experienced Reiki and wants to understand what's actually happening and be able to offer it.
What to expect
- A full day of instruction, discussion, and hands-on practice
- A Reiki I attunement as part of the training
- Time practicing both giving and receiving Reiki
- Completion materials included: manual, Reiki-infused token, and certificate
