The Medicine Within Your Voice

The Medicine Within Your Voice is an immersive wellness experience from Choose You Therapy, led by Carla Luna. The session explores the voice as a grounded tool for expression, release, and connection, without treating it as a performance or singing class.

Supported by ceremonial cacao, rhythmic drumming, intentional sound, and a restorative sound bath, participants are guided through breath, humming, natural vowel sounds, vibration, and shared vocal expression. The experience is invitational throughout, with space to participate in whatever way feels comfortable — using the full voice, making quieter sounds, humming, listening, remaining seated, pausing, or stepping out at any time.

The gathering may resonate with those who feel disconnected from their voice, hesitant to express themselves, or simply curious about exploring sound in a more embodied way. No previous experience with cacao, voice activation, or sound meditation is needed.
