About this event
Change Your Mind, Change Your Life is a four-week Seaport meditation series from Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, taught by Gen Khedrub at GrubStreet. Classes meet on Thursdays from October 22 through November 12, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Each week has a different focus: October 22 is Stop Reacting So Fast; October 29 is Let Go of What You Can’t Control; November 5 is Turn Problems Into Strength; and November 12 is Build a Mind You Can Rely On. The topics cover stress reactions, letting go, working with difficult situations, and developing inner stability.
Each class includes guided meditation, practical Buddhist teaching, time to reflect and reset, and an opportunity to ask questions. No Buddhist background or previous meditation experience is needed, and each class may be attended separately.
