Group Spinal Energetics and Soundbath

This group experience at Studio Luna Jade brings together Spinal Energetics and sound therapy for an evening of somatic awareness, nervous system support, and deep rest. The session is guided by Cameryn Tierno of Tender Love & Care, with a crystal bowl soundbath offered by Gianna of Studio Luna Jade.

Spinal Energetics is a body-based modality that works with the nervous system, breath, and the body’s natural responses to stress and emotion. In a group setting, participants are invited to lie down, tune inward, and allow the body to respond at its own pace through stillness, sensation, breath, emotion, or spontaneous movement.

The soundbath offers an additional layer of support, creating space for the body to soften and integrate after the somatic portion of the evening. No prior Spinal Energetics experience is needed.
